The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission ("TABC")is a law enforcement agency with regulatory duties. As part of its regulatory duties, the TABC issues licenses each of the three tiers of alcohol distribution: suppliers/manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers.
